Azerbaijan Standardization Institute (AZSTAND) and the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) have signed an action plan for 2026-2027 covering cooperation in artificial intelligence and several other emerging fields.
The document was signed in Paris during a meeting between the institute’s delegation and TSE representatives held on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), according to AZSTAND.
The action plan aims to strengthen cooperation and expand joint activities into new areas, taking into account current challenges and priorities.
The agreement covers cooperation on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity management systems, halal certification, greenhouse gas emissions management and other areas.
The two institutions also plan to exchange expertise and knowledge, organize training involving specialists and work together on standardization initiatives.
