Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran does not seek to expand the war but will continue to defend the country’s borders, Al Jazeera reported.

Speaking during the launch of Phase Two of the Family Medicine and Referral System National Plan, Pezeshkian said Iran must also concentrate on strengthening national unity and resilience.

“In these circumstances, we must strive to build a society where the enemy cannot harbour greed, cannot infiltrate and cannot tear apart and destroy this social community,” he emphasized.
