Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan has held talks with Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun in Beijing, focusing on bilateral defense cooperation and prospects for its further development.

During the meeting, the two officials discussed the current state of Armenia-China cooperation in the defense sector and explored opportunities to expand ties between the two countries, according to news.am.

The talks come as Armenia continues to develop its international defense partnerships and deepen cooperation with countries beyond its traditional security relationships.
