Armenia To Inaugurate Embassy in Oman

Yerevan is set to open an embassy in Muscat, with Foreign Affairs Minister Ararat Mirzoyan currently on a working visit to Oman for the official inauguration of the embassy.

According to a press release issued by the foreign ministry, a meeting is scheduled with Oman’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, The Caspian Post reports, citing Armenian media.

The official opening ceremony of the resident Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Muscat, the capital of Oman, will take place during the visit.

A gathering of ambassadors accredited to Arab countries is also planned.
