Azerbaijan, Türkiye Enhance Disaster Risk Reduction Ties

Azerbaijan and Türkiye are collaborating in disaster risk reduction and in responding to the damage caused by natural disasters, said Ali Hamza Pehlivan, head of Türkiye's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).

He noted that last week, a delegation from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations visited AFAD, The Caspian Post reports citing Report.

Pehlivan emphasized that the collaboration between Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations and AFAD includes mutual visits, experience sharing, and joint exercises.
