Azerbaijani Designer Gulnara Khalilova's Collection Earns Standing Ovation in Kazakhstan

The collection titled "Magic Threads" by renowned Azerbaijani fashion designer Gulnara Khalilova was showcased in Aktau city, Kazakhstan, as part of the Samrúq Fashion Week.

All accessories on dresses, jewellery, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and even buttons are handwoven, The Caspian Post reports citing Azertac.

Noting that this year marks 25 years of her creative activity, Gulnara Khalilova emphasized that therefore she decided to present one of her favourite collections.

Gulnara Khalilova is a member of the Eurasian Ethno Designers Association. She also heads the Azerbaijan National Clothing Center. Her collections have been successfully exhibited at fashion weeks and international events in the U.S., UK, Sweden, Austria, Romania, Türkiye, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Norway, Serbia and other countries.
