A Resource Center for Renewable Energy Sources has been inaugurated at the Tajik Technical University named after Academician Muhammad Osimi, in line with the Green Economy Development Strategy for 2023–2037.

An official source within the university says the Center aims to enhance the professional skills of local specialists, train highly qualified personnel to meet labor market demands, and implement measures for a complete transition to electricity production from renewable sources by 2032, achieving 100% use of green energy, The Caspian Post reports, citing Asia-Plus portal.

The Resource Center is equipped with modern educational materials and necessary equipment provided by the German Embassy in Dushanbe.

The main activities of the center include organizing educational programs for youth, upgrading the qualifications of specialists, and conducting scientific events in the field of energy.
