Azerbaijan Restarts RON 98 Gasoline Imports from Belarus

From January to March 2026, Azerbaijan imported 530 tons of RON 98 (Super) gasoline worth $650,200, reflecting year-on-year decreases of 18% in volume and 19% in value, according to the State Statistical Committee.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported 239.4 tons of RON 98 gasoline worth $293,500 from Belarus, 168.7 tons worth $206,800 from Romania (+46% YoY), and 122.3 tons worth $150,000 from Russia (-49% YoY), The Caspian Post reports, citing Report.

Azerbaijan has resumed imports from Belarus after a 16‑month break.

Meanwhile, in 2025, 45.2% of RON 98 gasoline imports came from Romania, while 40.1% were supplied by Russia.
