Tokayev Hails Chevron’s Contribution to Major Oil and Gas Production Projects in Kazakhstan

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting with Chairman and CEO of Chevron Corporation Michael Wirth in Washington.

During talks in Washington, Tokayev praised Chevron’s contribution to the implementation of large-scale oil and gas production projects at the Tengiz and Karachaganak fields, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kazakh media.

The head of state reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s readiness to continue mutually beneficial cooperation with the company in the areas of extraction, processing, and transportation of raw materials.
