Israeli Missile Strike Destroys Girls’ School in Iran's Urmia

Around 2 a.m. (GMT+3:30), U.S.-Israeli fighter jets targeted the Ismat Girls’ School in the Darachay district on 22 Behman Street in Urmia, Iran.

The strike completely destroyed the school building, The Caspian Post reports via Iranian media.

Ismat School was a key educational center for girls in the region, shaping the future of young residents. “Today it has fallen victim to military aggression, shattering the dreams of innocent children and depriving them of a safe space to learn,” the source said.

There is currently no information about casualties.
