Several air routes to and from the Kazakh city of Almaty are resuming service.
Starting March 29, German carrier Lufthansa resumed flights from Frankfurt am Main to Almaty, operating five times a week, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kazakh media.
South Korean low-cost airline Eastar Jet will restart flights from Almaty to Seoul (Incheon) on April 7, and from May 1, the Almaty-Busan route. Both routes will operate twice a week.
Additionally, Kazakhstani airline SCAT will launch direct flights from Astana to Ulaanbaatar on June 2, with the following schedule:
