Türkiye Expresses Concern Over Unrest in Yemen

Türkiye is closely monitoring recent events in Yemen’s southern provinces.

These developments threaten the country’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the security of neighboring states, The Caspian Post reports via the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

The ministry welcomed the efforts of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council to stabilize the country, including the call for a comprehensive conference in Riyadh and the support of Saudi Arabia.

Türkiye reaffirmed its backing for initiatives aimed at achieving a lasting political solution in Yemen based on constitutional legitimacy.
