Uzbekistan has secured access to the Dominican Republic market for several agricultural products after the two countries agreed on the necessary phytosanitary requirements for imports of Uzbek dried fruits and legumes.
The agreement covers dried apricots, mung beans and common beans produced in Uzbekistan, according to Upl.uz.
Uzbek producers can now officially export these products to the Dominican Republic, provided they comply with the applicable phytosanitary regulations and quality standards.
