At the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to Türkiye on October 29-30.

During the visit, Mirziyoyev will participate in the regular summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Ankara, which will be held under the theme “The Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought, and Action”, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uza.uz.

The summit’s agenda will focus on expanding and strengthening multilateral cooperation among member states, particularly in trade and economic relations, investment, transport and logistics, culture and humanitarian affairs, tourism, ecology, and education.

The heads of delegations will also exchange views on key issues on the international and regional agenda.

Following the summit, participants are expected to adopt the Ankara Declaration, along with several joint decisions and documents aimed at deepening mutually beneficial partnerships among the OTS member states.
