U.S. Ambassador to Armenia to End Tenure in Mid-January

The U.S. Embassy announced in a press release that Ambassador Kristina Kvien will conclude her three-year tenure in Armenia in mid-January, The Caspian Post reports, citing Armenpress.

“U.S. policy on Armenia will not change when the Ambassador departs. The United States remains committed to its partnership with Armenia, and looks forward to advancing the U.S.-Armenia Strategic Partnership and implementing the bilateral agreements President Trump and Prime Minister Pashinyan signed at the historic August 8 Peace Summit in Washington,” the embassy added.
