As part of WUF13, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, met with Harry Boyd-Carpenter, Managing Director of the Sustainable Infrastructure Group at the EBRD.

The meeting focused on prospects for expanding partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in infrastructure improvement, urban development projects and other areas, The Caspian Post reports, citing AZERTAC.

The meeting reviewed priority areas on the agenda of cooperation with the EBRD.

The sides also discussed measures implemented within the framework of the Ganja Green City Action Plan, improvement of water supply in cities and transport infrastructure in Nakhchivan, and urban development projects.
