Azerbaijan and Türkiye to Strengthen Economic Cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, along with the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, held another meeting to further strengthen their cooperation.

During the online meeting, the sides noted that they had already launched concrete activities toward implementing joint projects and research that would contribute to the development of economic relations between the two countries and create opportunities for attracting new investments, The Caspian Post reports citing local media.

Deputy Executive Directors of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Ramil Huseyn and Ayaz Museyibov, emphasized that deepening economic ties with Türkiye is a priority for Azerbaijan. According to them, this initiative serves the interests of both countries.

Tarik Akin, Head of the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency, recalled his visit to Azerbaijan in October, noting that certain efforts have already been made to implement the issues raised during the meetings held in Baku.

He also underscored that in the coming months, Türkiye intends to organize a visit to Azerbaijan by a delegation consisting of representatives of capital market institutions.

As part of the visit, B2B meetings, round tables, and panel discussions will be held in Azerbaijan.
