Speaker of Yemen’s House of Representatives Sultan Saeed Al-Barakani has arrived in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, on a working visit ahead of a major gathering of lawmakers from across the Islamic world.

During his stay, Al-Barakani is expected to participate in the 20th Session of the Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States, one of the most significant parliamentary events bringing together representatives from member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, The Caspian Post reports via Azertac.

The high-level meeting in Baku will provide a platform for discussions on strengthening cooperation among OIC nations, addressing regional challenges, and enhancing parliamentary dialogue across the Muslim world.
