Belarus and Uzbekistan Strengthen Cooperation in Education and Science

Leonid Marinich, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Sardor Radjabov, the Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan, as reported by the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Caspian Post reports citing BelTA.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in education, teacher training, youth policy and the status of the agreements and roadmaps.

The parties emphasized the high level of Belarus-Uzbekistan interaction in education and science. In particular, the parties praised the implementation of a joint project with the Maksim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University to create and support pedagogical training programs in schools.
