The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has fined TikTok Pte. Ltd. 4 million rubles (about $51,000) for failing to comply with a directive issued by Russia's media regulator.

According to the Telegram channel of Moscow's courts of general jurisdiction, the court found that the platform violated Article 19.7.10-4 of Russia's Code of Administrative Offences, The Caspian Post reports.

Court documents state that TikTok failed to report the results of its review of user complaints and did not provide the required information on pages containing prohibited content that had been blocked, as requested by Roskomnadzor.
