Russia's trade in agricultural products with Tajikistan increased by 5% in 2024, according to the Russian Agriculture Ministry, following a meeting with officials from its Tajik counterpart, chaired by ministers Oksana Lut and Qurbon Hakimzoda.
The two countries are implementing a roadmap aimed at stepping up trade and development of cooperation in veterinary health, livestock farming, seed growing, research and education, the ministry said, The Caspian Post reports citing Interfax.
Lut said the roadmap is being implemented at a good pace and the countries are working closely on its measures.
