The Turkish Central Bank's official reserves totaled $155.2 billion as of the end of December, according to official data released Thursday.
The reserve assets of the bank fell from $157.7 billion the prior month, but was significantly up from $140.8 billion a year ago, the bank's data showed, The Caspian Post reports, citing Turkish media.
Foreign currency reserves - in convertible foreign currencies - dropped 2.2% month-on-month to $83.5 billion at the end of last year.
The bank's gold reserves - including gold deposits and, if appropriate, gold-swapped -were down by 0.9% to $64.3 billion.
