Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has called for accelerated scientific progress following the end of the war with the United States.

In remarks, Khamenei stressed the need to focus on “pushing the boundaries of basic sciences” and urged the exploration of “uncharted paths,” The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.

“Providing the necessary infrastructure and removing technological bottlenecks to enable action and operation beyond national borders creates a combination of internal strength for expanding horizons on a global scale,” Khamenei said.
