Iran's Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad has called on nationals to reduce fuel consumption following US-Israeli attacks targeting Iran’s oil and gas infrastructure, The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.

Paknejad stated that the United States and Israel had targeted several gas facilities, storage tanks, and fuel supply infrastructure in Tehran Province.

The minister said that although authorities had rapidly restored a significant portion of the damaged infrastructure, public cooperation in using fuel more efficiently remains necessary.
