The US Department of State’s Rewards for Justice programme has announced a reward of up to $10 million for information on what it described as “Iranian terrorist leaders,” including Mojtaba Khamenei.
According to a poster released by the State Department, individuals who provide relevant information could also become eligible for relocation, The Caspian Post reports.
“These individuals command and direct various elements of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which plans, organises and executes terrorism around the world,” the notice said.
Among the officials the United States is seeking information on are Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib, Deputy Chief of Staff Ali Asghar Hejazi, Major-General Yahya Rahim Safavi, Brigadier General Eskandar Momeni, and Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani.
