Azerbaijan Brings National Flavors to Astana Charity Fair

Kazakhstan's capital Astana is hosting a spring charity fair organized by the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), bringing together cultural exchange and humanitarian support.

Azerbaijan is actively represented at the event through its national embassy in Kazakhstan, which has set up a dedicated pavilion showcasing Azerbaijani culture and products, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

The stand features traditional goods such as olives, olive oil, saffron, tea, and jams, along with souvenirs, brochures, and postcards highlighting the beauty of Baku.

Participants from different countries are also presenting handmade crafts, artworks, traditional cuisine, and cultural items, reflecting the diversity of CICA member states and partners.

The event includes musical and dance performances, children’s programs, and cultural presentations from diplomatic missions, alongside a creative zone and traditional tea ceremonies.

All proceeds from the fair will be directed to charitable initiatives, emphasizing solidarity and humanitarian cooperation across the region.
