FlyArystan Resumes Almaty–Samarkand Flights in 2026

Kazakhstan’s low-cost airline FlyArystan has announced the launch of ticket sales for international flights on the Almaty-Samarkand-Almaty route as part of its spring and autumn schedules for 2026.

The flights will operate twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The spring schedule is set from March 21 to May 30, while autumn flights will run from September 1 to October 24, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

FlyArystan President Richard Ledger said expanding the international route network remains a key priority for the airline. “In 2026, FlyArystan will continue developing direct air connectivity in Central Asia, while maintaining a focus on affordable travel and sustainable operations. The resumption of flights on the Almaty-Samarkand-Almaty route reflects steady passenger interest in travel to Uzbekistan and fully aligns with our strategy,” he noted.

Tickets are already available for booking via the FlyArystan mobile app, on the official website flyarystan.com, and through all other sales channels.

FlyArystan is Kazakhstan’s low-cost carrier and is wholly owned by the Air Astana Group. The airline began operations in May 2019 and serves an extensive route network using modern Airbus A320 aircraft, with bases in Almaty, Astana, and Aktau. Its network includes domestic, international, and charter flights. FlyArystan has been named the Best Low-Cost Airline in Central Asia and the CIS by the Skytrax World Airline Awards for three consecutive years - 2023, 2024, and 2025.
