Kazakhstan, Al Jazeera Set Sights on Media Partnership

Chairman of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry’s Committee for International Information, Aibek Smadiyarov, has held talks with Al Jazeera’s representative Hafez Al-Awa.

During the meeting, the sides discussed new opportunities for cooperation in the media sector, emphasizing the growing role of global broadcasting networks in shaping international narratives, The Caspian Post informs via Kazakh media.

Smadiyarov highlighted Kazakhstan’s openness to expanding collaboration with Al Jazeera and expressed interest in launching joint projects to showcase the country’s socio-economic progress and foreign-policy goals.

Both parties confirmed their readiness to keep a constructive, long-term dialogue and explore fresh avenues for partnership.
