Kazakhstan and six other OPEC+ members have agreed to keep their current oil production levels unchanged for November 2026 as part of ongoing efforts to stabilize the global oil market.
The decision was made during a virtual meeting on October 4 involving Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman, according to Qazinform.
Seven countries agreed to maintain their September 2026 required production levels throughout November, in line with the production adjustments established under the OPEC+ agreement.
The participants also reaffirmed their commitment to achieving full compliance with the Declaration of Cooperation, which provides the framework for coordination among OPEC+ members and supports stability in global oil markets.
The countries will continue to meet monthly to assess market developments and determine whether adjustments are needed.
The next OPEC+ meeting is scheduled for November 1, 2026.
