Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia are stepping up collaboration in the mining and metallurgical sector.
Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Saudi Arabia Madiyar Menilbekov met with Saudi Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Khalid Al-Mudaifer to discuss expanding joint work and aligning priorities between the two countries’ industry ministries, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
The talks highlighted progress made following earlier agreements reached between Kazakh Minister of Industry and Construction Yersaiyn Nagaspayev and Saudi Minister Bandar Al-Khorayef during the UNIDO General Conference in November 2025.
Both sides agreed to continue advancing their partnership and support new opportunities for cooperation in mining, minerals, and industrial development.
