Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan have boosted trade ties with $157 million in agreements signed at the Kyrgyz-Afghan Business Forum in Kabul.
A total of 11 agreements of intent were finalized, covering the supply of goods and services from Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.
Key sectors include telecommunications equipment, cement, footwear, pharmaceuticals, honey, logistics, and agricultural products.
The deals follow the recent opening of the Kyrgyz Republic Trade House in Kabul, aimed at strengthening bilateral economic cooperation and facilitating trade between the two countries.
