Kyrgyzstan, Turkish Airlines Explore New Aviation Cooperation

A high-level meeting in Istanbul between Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of Airports of Kyrgyzstan company, and Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi, attended by Consul General Chyngyz Toktobekov, has focused on expanding cooperation between Asman Airlines and Turkish Airlines.

The discussions focused on expanding cooperation between Asman Airlines and Turkish Airlines, including increasing the number of passenger and cargo flights, some with technical stops at Manas International Airport, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

According to the Kyrgyz company, this partnership will boost Kyrgyzstan’s aviation infrastructure and improve air travel quality both domestically and internationally.

The Kyrgyz side also invited the Turkish Airlines CEO to the opening of the renovated airport complex at Manas International Airport, scheduled for summer 2026.
