An Azerbaijani delegation led by Colonel-General Ali Naghiyev, head of the State Security Service, has participated in a meeting of the heads of special services of Central Asian countries in Kazakhstan under the theme “Ensuring Regional Security Amid Modern Threats.”

Naghiyev expressed confidence that the atmosphere of brotherhood, mutual respect, and trust underpinning relations between Azerbaijan and the Central Asian states would continue to strengthen, The Caspian Post reports, citing the State Security Service.

The meeting concluded with an agreement among the participating special services to maintain close cooperation aimed at further strengthening regional security and stability.
