Azerbaijani, Turkish FMs Discuss Key Issues on Bilateral Agenda

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov on Monday held talks with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.

The talks took place on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Azerbaijan’s Gabala district, the Foreign Ministry wrote on X, The Caspian Post reports.

According to the ministry, the top diplomats hailed the successful development of Azerbaijan-Türkiye brotherly relations and alliance across all levels.

Key issues on agenda, including political, security, defense, trade, energy and transport were discussed.

The utmost importance of solidarity & partnership in the framework of the OTS was underlined as well.

The ministers also discussed regional affairs and issues of mutual interest.
