Five people were killed and at least seven others were injured after a passenger bus was struck by a drone in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region.

The incident occurred in the Nikopol district, where, according to Ukrainian authorities, Russian forces targeted a scheduled passenger bus with a drone, according to ASTRA.

“Five people were killed at the scene, while at least seven others were injured,” the regional military administration said.

Ukrainian authorities have reported repeated drone and artillery attacks in the Nikopol district in recent days.
