Armenia is counting on a new tranche of support from the European Union, as it looks to strengthen its capabilities with additional non-lethal military assistance.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan confirmed that Yerevan has formally approached the EU to secure a third package of aid, The Caspian Post reports via Armenian media.
The move follows earlier rounds of support, with the first €10 million package approved in July 2024, and a second €20 million tranche greenlit in January 2026.
