The peace memorandum signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan is a unique and transformative development for the region, Konstantin Sokolov, director of the TRIPP+ Development Foundation, has said.

Sokolov also highlighted growing Armenia-US business ties, revealing that his US investment company, Dynamic Frontier, acquired the Teghut copper mine in Armenia in September, according to news.am.

“Among the main objectives of this deal were strengthening the Armenian-American partnership and ensuring access to Armenia’s vital mineral resources for American supply chains,” he said.

The Teghut mine is the second-largest copper mine in Armenia, Sokolov said.
