Azerbaijan, China Explore Joint Industrial Projects

Samad Bashirli, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Economy, met with the leadership of China’s Wanji and Sunstone companies.

The Chinese delegates were briefed on Azerbaijan’s favorable investment climate, the infrastructure established in the country’s industrial zones, and the incentives and support mechanisms offered to investors, The Caspian Post reports, citing the Economy Ministry.

Deputy Minister Bashirli emphasized that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to industrial and technology-oriented projects, with a view to long-term cooperation with foreign investors.

The meeting also focused on expanding cooperation and implementing joint projects in aluminum production.
