Azerbaijan, Oman Discuss Expanding Economic Cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov held a meeting with Oman’s Minister of Economy Said bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Saqri.

During the talks, the two ministers emphasized the importance of strengthening the legal and contractual framework to encourage and support joint economic activities between the two countries, The Caspian Post reports, citing the Economy Ministry.

They also discussed the establishment of the Azerbaijan-Oman Joint Business Council and reviewed opportunities to expand cooperation in areas such as trade, renewable and conventional energy, investment, tourism, and other sectors of mutual interest.
