The Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States has begun in Gabala, Azerbaijan, The Caspian Post reports citing AZERTAC.

The meeting is taking place on the sidelines of the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
