A delegation from Djibouti, led by Mohamed Ali Hassan, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, visited the “ASAN Service” center in Baku to learn about Azerbaijan’s innovative public service initiatives.
Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, briefed the delegation on the establishment and operations of the “ASAN Service” centers, highlighting their modern approaches to delivering government services, The Caspian Post reports via local media.
He noted that this Azerbaijani model has already been successfully implemented in over 30 countries.
The Djibouti delegation expressed strong admiration for the centers, emphasizing their crucial role in facilitating efficient public access to government services.
During the visit, officials also received detailed information about related initiatives, including the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, the Mobile ASAN service, the ABAD public legal entity, and ASAN TV & Radio.
