Direct flights between Russia's Grozny city and Azerbaijan's capital Baku are not expected to resume at the end of October, despite an earlier announcement that the route would return.

Direct Grozny-Baku flights are not included in the airport’s approved winter schedule, according to Report.

Earlier, Grozny International Airport announced that Russian airline Utair would resume regular direct flights between Grozny and Baku from October 27.
