A mine incident was reported on September 25 in the village of Finga in Azerbaijan’s Lachin district, an area recovered from occupation.

A tractor driven by Ulfat Guliyev, a resident of Azerbaijan’s Agjabadi district, 34, struck a mine in an area that had not yet been cleared, according to the Mine Action Agency of the Azerbaijan Republic (ANAMA).

Guliyev was not injured in the incident.

An investigation into the circumstances is being conducted by the Lachin District Prosecutor’s Office.
