After the first official high-level meeting in the "Central Asia - European Union" format, the leaders collectively visited the Aral Culture Summit exhibition.
The exhibition showcased innovative initiatives aimed at restoring the Aral Sea ecosystem, preserving the region’s cultural heritage, and promoting sustainable development, The Caspian Post reports citing Uzbek media.
Through visual, sensory, and interactive elements, visitors were offered insights into the natural and cultural richness of the Aral Sea area.
Among the exhibits were photographs by renowned photographer Iwan Baan, known for his architectural and landscape photography, a floral installation made of reeds, a characteristic plant of Karakalpakstan, and various items from the Aral region, such as saxaul seeds, seashells, natural salt, dried harmala, felt with traditional patterns, and many others.
