Georgian Black Sea city of Batumi will host its second International Gastronomic Forum, the Tourism and Resorts Department of the Adjara region said on Wednesday.
The Forum will gather chefs from restaurants awarded the Michelin Star for outstanding cooking and international gastronomy experts from France, Greece and Switzerland, from Saturday to Monday, The Caspian Post reports, citing Georgian media.
The Department added the participants would discuss authentic cooking and modern gastronomy with popular Georgian chefs and sectoral experts, while the second and the third days would be dedicated to culinary master classes for domestic chefs
