The body of Russian actor Alexander Vysokovsky, best known for his role in the acclaimed television series Brigade, has been found in the Oka River in Russia’s Moscow Region.
“According to preliminary information, Vysokovsky’s body was discovered in the Oka River in the Moscow Region,” a source informed, The Caspian Post reports, citint TASS.
The report has not yet been officially confirmed by the actor’s family or close relatives.
According to media reports, Vysokovsky had gone fishing with his son when he disappeared from sight. His wife, Liliya, subsequently reported him missing, prompting a search operation involving volunteer rescue teams.
Vysokovsky gained nationwide recognition for his portrayal of Max Karelsky in the landmark 2002 Russian crime drama “Brigade”, widely regarded as one of Russia’s most influential television series.
