Azerbaijan's Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev met with Deema Al-Athel, Executive Director of Global Strategic Initiatives at IBM, at the company’s New York headquarters.

The talks centered on Azerbaijan’s digital transformation, including the development of a sovereign cloud, as well as data and quantum platforms, The Caspian Post reports, citing the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The discussion also covered potential cooperation in digitalizing state-owned enterprises and logistics projects.

Additionally, both sides shared perspectives on long-term strategic partnerships and investment models through innovation centers and workforce development initiatives.
