Azerbaijan’s gross domestic product (GDP) reached 76.8 billion manats in January-July this year, marking a 1.4 percent increase compared with the same period last year, according to the State Statistical Committee.

During the reporting period, GDP generated in the oil and gas sector amounted to 22 billion 916.5 million manats, down 0.6 percent compared with the same period last year, AZERTAC reported.

Meanwhile, GDP generated in the non-oil and gas sector totaled 53 billion 901.2 million manats, increasing by 2.2 percent compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.
