Balababa Rzayev, Chairman of the Board of AzerEnerji OJSC, met with a delegation led by Lin Xiaodan, Executive President of China Energy International Group, one of China’s leading energy companies.

The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and China, particularly opportunities for cooperation on renewable energy projects, The Caspian Post reports, citing AzerEnerji.

The sides also discussed the activities of Chinese energy companies in Azerbaijan and potential steps to expand cooperation.

The parties exchanged views on ongoing green energy projects.
