The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has maintained its forecast for Azerbaijan's liquid hydrocarbon production in 2026, according to data provided by the EIA.
According to the June forecast, EIA forecasts liquid hydrocarbon production in Azerbaijan in 2026 at 540,000 bpd, which corresponds to the June forecast, The Caspian Post reports citing local media.
At the same time, in the first quarter, production will amount to 550,000 bpd (July forecast - 550,000 bpd), in the second quarter - 540,000 bpd (540,000 bpd), in the third and fourth quarters - 530,000 bpd each (530,000 bpd each).
In 2024, liquid hydrocarbon production in the country amounted to 600,000 bpd. In the first quarter, it was at the level of 600,000 bpd, in the second and third quarters - 590,000 bpd, in the fourth quarter - 600,000 bpd.
